I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were true suites with a large living area, but I felt overcharged due to the dust issue. The service was nice but not overly attentive. The location was convenient for accessing various areas but only in Lombard. The dining experience was exceptional with amazing custom-made omelettes. The facilities were good overall.

Our stay at the Hilton Chicago Lombard Oak Brook was perfect for our 5 and 8-year-old boys. The rooms were spacious with a 47-inch TV, super nice, and clean. The service was wonderful during my son's 16th birthday celebration. The location was ideal for shoppers and dining, though it could get a bit noisy due to the open design. The dining experience was superior to other hotel breakfasts, and the facilities were top-notch with plenty of space for families.
